At Fowler Federal, LLC we understand that budgets are tight. In order to help you with planning, we are providing sample pricing below by service.
Services can be contracted by the hour, by the task, or as a retainer. Fowler Federal, LLC is pursuing efforts to register as a women-owned small business with the federal government.

Billed at an initial hourly rate of $350 for up to 15 hours, $325 every hour after.

Small groups (up to 25) are billed starting at $2,000 per session. Price may increase by length of training/workshop, size of attendee group, and other factors. Session cost includes prep time. Contract must be signed at least 2 weeks before planned delivery. Travel billed on top of session cost at federal per diem rates.

- Scan of federal environment on a specific topic
- Policy or process documents’ review for clarity
- Policy or draft legislation review
- Document development (executive brief, pitch deck, etc.)
- A variety of other services to support your policy development or process improvement goals
Available for a variety of topics (similar to those listed in workshops) and can be customized.
- Panel participation - conference waives registration fees for duration of conference and pays travel
- Breakout session - lead or co-lead a smaller session on a variety of topics
- Keynote - priced individually, ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 + travel
A monthly retainer ensures availability when a schedule is unclear. Known conflicts, holidays, etc. will be discussed during contract discussion. Fowler Federal, LLC limits retainer clients to no more than 3 at a time to ensure we are able to meet our clients’ needs. Retainers start at $5,250 per month for no more than 15 hours. Additional hours beyond 15 may be charged at the hourly rate of $325. Longer terms may allow for an additional discount.
Services provided under a retainer agreement can include any Strategy and Advisory Services, Policy and Process Services, and limited training/workshops. Exact service offerings will be outlined in the contract.
