Founder, Dana Fowler, joined former colleagues and associates on a panel at PDT focused on performance management. Ms. Fowler spoke to the need to flip the equation and focus on data for decisions primarily and compliance secondarily. She noted that fostering a ‘culture of curiosity’ is critical. Working with programs, it is necessary to ask how they know their program is effective and work from there. Further, critical of this cultural shift is working to return the data to the suppliers with a focus on adding value and insight. This incentivizes data quality and ensures buy-in. Additionally, she noted that a culture needs to be built on a common language to ensure true understanding.
